And we arrived in Pančevo, the wonderful town from which the capital of Serbia is near! Pančevo is the seat of the South Banat district and at the same time our new host. The MFHR project in it’s full composition, with all six partner organizations, is organizing a gathering and final concert this October. What we especially emphasize on this occasion is the great presentation of the project that awaits us at the very end, so that all the members and the audience will get to know our activities.
After combining different time zones, continents and flights, our diversity managed to gather groups from Israel, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. The first order of the meeting was the youth center in Pančevo, our second home in the following days. Located in the wider center of Pančevo, built way back in 1875, this building served for a while as a hospital, and today it is home to many young and diverse organizations. This great team was toured around the city by our permanent host, former professor of history and great lover of the sphere, Jova.
After a relaxing walk around town, it’ time to get down to business. We divided into groups, separating musicians into three different bands and preparing one room for our great and, on this project, numerous media team.
It is time to start practicing, jamming around city and getting to know each other, so we are leaving here some nice photos, so you can feel the atmosphere, and we need to go now!
See you somewhere in Pančevo, soon!
